At 032c, we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that archive sales and limited edition drops may be subject to final sale conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal.

• 3.
  Dispatch Package

  Drop off your return at the nearest authorized courier location and ensure you retain your tracking receipt for proof of postage.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our Berlin warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
